This is an experience-sharing program aimed to build Quantity Surveyors’ professional experience from the basic level to the esteemed level. This program is suitable for fresh graduates, junior QS, intermediate level QS & RICS APC candidates. This program will cover most aspects of Quantity Surveying including pre-contract and post-contract.

This program is aimed to build QS knowledge on construction technology & standard measurement procedures, using 3D models, measurement software, complete drawing set for the building including architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing and external works to complete a fully detailed BOQ independently by Quantity Surveyor, suitable for fresh graduate, junior/intermediate Quantity Surveyors and APC Candidates.
Duration is 6-8 months.
This program is aimed to build APC candidate’s answering skill during the final interview of RICS, this is covering (or this covers) all the competencies questions, consists of approximately 300/500/1000 questions per session, depending on the candidate’s requirement.
Conducted by RICS trained assessors. Each mock will run for 2 hours and it is specially designed to predict questions on your Case Study and Summary of Experience, to help APC candidates to prepare well in advance.

This program is aimed to build a virtual experience for fresh Quantity Surveyors to reach career growth faster. Suitable for students, fresh graduates and junior level QS.

This program will cover prolongation claim, disruption claim & acceleration claim and will include full guidance to write a notice of claim, prepare high standard claim narration along with unchallengeable contemporary records.
